Sometimes you have to just RANT!!!!!!  No edits, this is me on the mic just talking.  Congratulations to all of my clients that are under contract because they did not listen to the noise.  We are out here getting under contract and buying houses.  Don't whine, just make adjustments if you are serious about homeownership.   I was in a good mood today family, I simply love what I do. 

1.  Continue to Write Offers, Don't stop get it get it

2.  Make adjustments, revisit the Pre-Approval and stop trying to max it out before it bites you.

3.  Expand your areas and be open to different areas so you can have more options.  Be on the lookout for lower taxes.  Lower taxes equals lower payments and sometimes higher Pre-Approvals.
