When you’ve been treated bad for so long, you start to realize maybe it’s you. It’s not the other person. You find the accountability. You find out that you lost all sight of your worth. You’ve been miss independent for so long and letting people walk all over you. Sometimes it takes you to go back home, heal old wounds so you can grow up & glow up. Sometimes it’s deeper than you expect. Sometimes it takes journaling on a consistent basis to get so intune with your intuition that your next step is right in front of you & you need to take that leap. You need to heal that wound so you stop repeating old patterns. Sometimes it’s you sweetie. Not them. Because you keep allowing it to happen.

There is a lot going on right now in this world. A lot. It’s come crunch time once again the end of the year and we got shit to do, but we are so overwhelmed, tired and exhausted.
