This book is so efficient specially made for persons with gastric recovery. The recipe are safe and I tried a couple of it to serve it to my grand parents since one of them undergone to it. I even liked the taste and would love to prepare it again.

Eventually, I'm suffering in Gastric sleeve for a long time. What I had not tasted to cure from this diseases? But, I couldn't get any result. However, one of my friend suggest me to check out this book as he got benefits by the recipes of this cookbook. So, i didn't late to try these recipes.As my expectation I'm getting the result to relieve from this disease though day by day. Even, the recipe of this cookbook is really amazing and delicious as well. After all, I'm so happy that I've got this book in time.

These are a great book, once you have your surgery. They give you exact recipes for everything you will need to make things work for you. This cookbook has not only excellent recipes and ideas, it has a wealth of information about weight loss surgery. I refer to this book all the time.
