We're on week 5 of Culture of the Kingdom! In this message, we explore the first 5 of the 7 foundations of the Kingdom of God found in Matthew 6.

Our heart receives more grace as we consistently and secretly serve and give (charitable deeds: giving service and/or money (6:1-4, 19-21), pray (6:5-13), forgive (6:14-15), fast (6:16-18), live simply (6:19-21) and trust in God (25-34).

Thanks for joining us for week 4 of Culture of the Kingdom! In this message, we explore the 6 areas of correction that Jesus presents in Matthew 5:17-28.

He begins each point with "you have heard it said... but I say..." These are often called the 6 Antithesis'. For context, the teachers of the law in Jesus' day were exalting their commentary over the Word of God. Jesus reorients us to TRUTH in this section of the sermon on the mount. Let us have ears to hear, and open hearts to start living this way.
