The Christian's love is to translate to our public spiritual life wherein we are diligent to work hard using our God-given talents with an overwhelming zeal to serve the Lord. Do not let the setbacks and hardships of life cause you to be sidelined in the worship of God and service to one another.

The Christian life at times can be very hard, but there is a wonderful Father in Heaven who helps us and rewards us when we are willing to be obedient and faithful. Submission and tenacity for Christ are what will pay off. Do not give up when the trials of life come. Keep pressing on and you too will receive wonderful blessings just as Ruth did.

Church is to be a place to glorify and worship the Lord Jesus Christ. It is to be a place of brother love, and a preference for one another, where deference is acted out. When deference is given, the members will settle their disagreements through meeting up to discuss what it is that separates them. True harmony and the power of God upon a church come through the peace of God.

Every church ought to have Jesus Christ as the head and focus of their church. If this is the truth in a church, then a church will abhor evil, cleave to the good, and love the brethren. No church can truly minister to others without having a love for one another within the church. May each of us be committed to Jesus Christ, and committed to a local church through not only our attendance, but also our love for one another. This is truly what exalts Christ and His church.

If you want to have a life of influence, you must be a person whom God would account as having an excellent spirit. There are certain characteristics of a believer who possesses this spirit or countenance. May all of us strive for this mindset, and in so doing we will greatly impact others in a biblical fashion.

The Garden of Eden was perfect and a gift to humanity. God gave one prohibition of a tree's fruit to show the direction of Adam's heart. Love is a choice, and God wants all of humanity to love Him, but we must want to love Him.

God has given to the local church many things, but in order for a church to properly function, it must have a genuine, sincere and unwavering love for one another. God is clear about having a love that is without dissimulation, hypocrisy. May we use our gifts of God through the local church with a non-pretentious, non-hypocritical love.

Our world seems to be falling apart, and if a believer in Christ wants true freedom and strength for the evil that is being seen in our society, then we need to stand in the strength of the Lord and put on His armour to be victorious against an evil foe. May you stand in the strength of the Lord and in so doing stand for freedom from the shackles and bondage of sin.

God's highest creation was humanity. As a loving parent prepares their home for the arrival of their infant child, so God Almighty prepared this earth and all in it for the arrival of humanity. This should help all of us to realize how jealous God is for a relationship with you, and how much He loves you-

All of the members of a local New Testament church will have differing levels of spiritual gifts. These differences do no make any one person more or less important, rather equal but still absolutely necessary. These supernatural gifts of God were given when a person was born again. Sometimes these gifts if they are not used and understood will cause us to look down upon others in this church or conflict with others who are not like us, and this attitude is wholly wrong. Every member of the church is vital. May you embrace the gift the Lord Jesus has given you and fulfill your responsibility by your attachment to a visible, local New Testament church.
