  • The Muscles Built & Lessons Learnt
Our final episode of season 1!
In this episode, we share our travel stories on the muscles we built and lessons we have learnt. We discuss how travel has changed our lives, our perspectives and our attitudes. Travel has not only allowed us to experience the new but also helped us to discipline in little ways we never have thought about. It is an addiction as we look forward experiencing the new and how we would like to maximize it while health is on our side. Although it is hard to say goodbye (for now) we had a blast in this journey and we can’t thank our supporters enough.
Embrace the good things in life people!

While many of us love travelling, we need to keep in mind of ways we can help to minimize our carbon footprint and our environmental impact. We believe in leaving footprints and support the local economy. We share some of our tips so you can help to do your part.

  • Why we don't do package tours
In this week’s episode, we talk about our experiences with package tours and why we don’t do them anymore. The travel landscape has changed significantly in the recent years. While package tours may still be relevant to some, many of us purchase flights and transport tickets on our own and create our own itinerary. Some tourists would also get involved engaging in local experiences and supporting small independent local tour companies. This can be a great way to get to know the local people at a deeper and more meaningful level and understand a country better.

  • Travel Etiquette & Safety Tips
This week’s two-part podcast, we discuss on travel etiquette and provide some safety tips when travelling. In part one, we discuss about airport etiquette and safety tips. Not all airports are build the same but the procedures are quite similar. For some, they know what to expect being seasoned travellers. While for others, they don’t fly frequently so it may take a little more time to get acquainted with airport security checks and immigration.
We know most of us don’t particularly enjoy going through the hassle of these two checkpoints, especially with young kids tagging along and a handful of items to carry. Fret not, we’re here to provide some tips to make the journey a little smoother.

  • On the road with the FAM
In this week’s episode, we focus on family travel. The children are very much the centre of attention when it comes to family travel and the world’s their outdoor classroom. It is a fulfilling experience for parents to see them learning and experiencing the new. Planning the travel can be a challenge and the itinerary changes as the children get older. How does one find balance especially when you have children from different age groups? There’s also the grandparents who would join the family and share those moments together.
How do we balance that and ensure everyone has a memorable time? Khai shares some of his experiences and what he hopes his children to learn from each travel experience.

  • The benefits and challenges of travelling with friends and solo travel
In this week's episode, we talked about the benefits and challenges travelling with friends and solo travel. We also share our experiences and preferences to get an overview of this issue.
Solo travel can be a lonely experience but fulfilling at the same time. One gets out of their comfort zone and find ways to figure their way around the city or country. Solo travel helps one to understand herself/himself better, understanding limits and fears, and a great chance to meet locals. Group travel is great in terms of safety in numbers, feeling less lonely, and you get to stretch your dollars a bit further.
So what do we think about them? Find out more in this week's podcast.
