When daily podcast episodes for 30 days blurted out of my mouth during a recording ... I knew I had to create an environment where I would be inspired to show up ... even when it was hard.  Even when I didn't feel like it.  Even when a sandwich was calling my name.

I posted in a networking group of women asking for some support ... I gathered my girls and they didn't disappoint.  

NO MATTER what your next right step is, intentionally surrounding yourself with women who are a) in the arena with you and b) wanna see you succeed just as much as they want success for themselves ... is KEY.

GATHER your GIRLS and FIND your GIRLS ... to step into your baddassery.
