The love and hate relationship I have with bedtime. 

In general I love being a mom.  But there are some things that....I honestly just loath.  Enjoy my first confession.  Can you relate?

We consume a lot of information, but have you thought about the ramifications of that?  In this episode I describe why I put boundaries on the information I take in.  Please tell me I'm not alone in some of these confessions!
