In this episode, we explore the theme of "What Forms Us as the Church?"  We examine David's life as an example of devotion to God. 

We dive into how God invites us to gather, just as He called David, who was chosen for his heart, not his outward appearance (1 Samuel 16:1-13). We reflect on the need for uncomfortable dependence on God, as seen in David's victory over Goliath (1 Samuel 17), and the deep, shared mission between David and Jonathan (1 Samuel 14:1-15, 18:1-5).

Our monthly meditation on Psalm 63 reminds us of the soul’s longing for God's presence. Together, we are reminded of the importance of community and our collective mission to seek God's kingdom.
