What we witness here is the spirit of error.  Jesus never gave this command, in fact, He said the opposite.  And Jesus was talking about going to the world.  Here we have Pastor Rice commanding his followers to not talk to fellow brothers and sisters that they live with.  Such wickedness.

What we witness here is that same spirit that was on Brother Stair that desired exaltation.  He had to have the preeminence - but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not (3Jn 1:9).  It wasn’t enough for him to just preach the word (not that he did, he just said he did as he sowed discord) but he had to have worship from everyone or he was upset with everyone.  This is what we are witnessing in Pastor James Rice as he operates in the same evil spirits as Brother Stair was controlled by.
