Recently I signed up for a 10k race to get back into shape. I paid the entry fee a couple months before so that I would stay committed to doing it.

However as the race got closer, doubt started to creep in. I started to worry about things on race day that really got me to consider whether I should even do it or not.

But then I asked myself one question that helped me decide whether or not I should do it. The answer gave me clarity and I didn’t waver from it.
