This week Conan and Tyler check in with Ian Berger and Andrea Ager of the New York Rhinos. The two were taking a break from training at CrossFit Dynamix in Astoria, New York. They are both part of the “super” Team Dynamix. Check out Episode 47 if you missed it where we talked about the team as a whole and their quest to win the CF Games.

Ian Berger, General Manager and first season Coach, of the New York Rhinos joins us in the first half to talk about last season and what’s planned for the 2016 season. Andrea the “Ager Bomb” herself joins in during the second half of the show to catch us up on what she’s been doing since we last visited her (Episode 26), why she moved all the way from Denver to New York, and what she thinks about being on a team and training full-time with them.
