  • EP 44: Deeper Than Protest
We always said we never wanted to just complain about problems. We've always wanted to have conversations and learn. This is about having our voices heard, entertaining, but also learning. With today's environment we know a problem is going on, but where is the solution. The solition is brought to you by our 2 guest today! Different opinion maybe, but i think they relate to each other more than you think! You can't begin to expect the world to change, if you haven't made a change from within

  • EP 43: It's Just Brees?
We have to get on Drew Brees (our favorite team, the hall of fame qb). The comments made still about kneeling and disrespecting the flag are still in his mind coming out of his mouth in 2020. We go deep into his comments on WWII and what really happened to the African American community after serving their country (G.I. bill). Vic Fangio *denever Broncos head coach* comments on how the NFL doesn't have racism/discrimination. Cary's favorite coach *sarcasm* Dabo and his lack of leadership. And of course the NBA is back and how this breaks down for the playoffs.

  • EP 42: I CAN'T BREATHE
Say his name, GEORGE FLOYD! It has been a traumatic week for America, and even more so for African American people. For 8 minutes and 45 secs George pleaded to officers I can't breathe.  A sight that has become viral over the last several years, thanks to modern technology. This has lead to peaceful protest and looting as well. Through this anger, rage, sadness, and frustration the focus has to be faced on not just the problem but the solution at hand. Protest have been done before, riots have taken place before, and it seems like the cycle repeats it's self over and over again. We explore all these emotions and then some. We also get into Dame Dollar voicing his opinion about not playing during the playoffs if his team doesn't have a real shot. We shed light on how the MLB and traditionalist baseball fans really owe the steroid era a whole lot more thanks than what they have given them.  How Sallie Mae and the NCAA have much more in common than what you may believe.

  • EP 41: EMOTIONAL ROLLER COASTER - MOVING ON UP!
We absolutely love music here The Bottom Line Sports, so our special guest fit right into our goals. We have long time friends in real life, you might as well say brothers joining us! R.O.B and G.wag are here to share their journey with the release of their first album. Emotional Roller coaster dropped May 8th and has garnered so much buzz that we had to have them on. They share the journey of how they made it thus far, what inspired this master piece, and what it truly means to be in love with your craft. We do a dive into some of the favorite songs and give a true perspective on a man's feelings, emotions, and the ride that we are placed on. This is not a diss to woman but a homage  to men, and the unique situations we are put in.
And of course since it is a sports podcast, we have to get into football and basketball topics. We celebrate with a Browns/Chiefs fan, discuss the State of NFC South, and Cam Newton. We also talk about what the playoffs and eventually champion looks like.  https://music.apple.com/us/album/emotional-rollercoaster/1506592512

  • EP 39: The New Rooney Rule, The Last Dance Wrap Up
The guys are coming off a high after celebrating their 31st birthday! With new beginnings with them also comes sad beginnings surfacing in the world of sports as we know it. They start the discussion off with The New Rooney Rule, 2.0 if you will. The new rules if voted in, gives teams incentives to hire and retain minority coaches in various positions. The NFL seems to be making efforts to correct this issue, that shouldn't be an issue, but should have also been self corrected. The Last Dance Recap Finale: finally reaching the 9th and 10th episodes is bittersweet for a lot of sports fans! The culmination of the adversity the Chicago Bulls franchise has overcome. To go from less than average, to the standard of greatness. This documentary gave us all life during a phenomena no one could have every imagined .
