  • One Giggity

This week it's once again just Joseph, Mitch, and Joel, as Matt is still hiatus-ing.

This week Mitch talks about the #Shitegra, we answer a suspension question, and a bit of news, and we talk about the Yaris GR and argue about the F40 Vs. F50.

Mitch then talks about the Integra, and the new bits and bobs he's done to it, and what still needs to be done, and we take a question from Andrew regarding what brand suspension he should get for his Mazda MPS6.

  • Grease Up The Nipple

This week, it's just Mitch, Joseph and Joel. We start off with talking absolute nonsense before breaking into a bit of news.

The first bit of news we talk about is about the Governor of California signing a bill to ban the sale of Internal Combustion Engines as of 2035, from which all cars will have to be "emission free". From which, we talk about our love for Internal Combustion Engines and more-or-less our dislike of electric cars.

We then talk about adding to our respective tool collections, specifically Joseph is looking at getting an air impact, and Joel's dead Z32.

Mitch then reads off a list of 5 uber rare, and uber expensive, classic cars for sale right now in Australia, from which we talk about our love for 80's, 90's, and early 2000's Japanese cars as the new BMW's have far too much technology for their own good.

We then end on a mish-mash of news from electric cars to Scott McLaughlin winning the SUpercars championship for the 3rd time on the trot.

Joseph then gets us talking about the leaked images of the next generation BMW M3 and M4, and we're not a fan, to say the least.

Mitch then starts the news part of the pod with Nissan dropping photos of the 'Z Proto', and that Volkswagen is close to selling Bugatti to Croatian company Rimac in exchange for a bigger share of the company.

Matt then has news about a new special edition to the Ford Ranger, which comes with a 1" lift from factory as 32" tyres.

We then discuss at length the announcement from Toyota Australia the pricing for the GR Yaris, which is more expensive than we were all hoping ti would be, and Matt talks about the Foton F-Truck copy which we all really like, and Ford Australia confirming the Bronco will not be coming to Australia in any official capacity (we think maybe PerforMax might import and convert to RHD).

Matt then talks about Mitsubishi introducing a 10 year / 200,00Km warranty, which gets us talking about how awful 'official' service centres, and General Motors bringing the C8 Corvette to Australia by the end of the year under the 'General Motors Special Vehicles' brand (GMSV) and holy-balls it's not cheap.

We then play a guess the car game with Matt, and Mitch talks about the progress on the #Shitegra, and Matt talks about his LandCruiser giving him a heart attack while driving home from a wedding.

Then Joseph talks about the Aussie supercar the Brabham BT62 getting an 'R' version, and will be a casual $1.5million.

Then Matt talks about the 'Volta Zero'; a 16 tonne freight truck, which makes a lot of sense for this type of vehicle.

Mitch then asks how to know immediately that someone is an absolute fuckwit.

Then Matt starts a guessing game with Joseph and Joel while Mitch tips out the awful Hoegaarden and grabs a C.C, and we briefly talk about there being a refresh to the Suzuki Swift for 2021.

Joseph then talks about the Dodge Ram TRX which has the Hellcat engine, which gets us onto talking about our mate Michael looking at getting a 4 wheel drive, which is proving to be difficult due to all 4 wheel drives appreciating in value due to Covid.

Joseph then rounds out the news with Bridgestone bringing out a new super soft 'cheater' track-day tyre; the RE71RS, and General Motors trying to weasel their way back into the Australian market under the 'General Motors Special Vehicles' name; and people aren't pleased.
