As we say goodbye to Geek Cinema, Everett, Matt, Trent, and Seth talk about some movies of 2019, their favorite moments on the podcast, and what is to come for each of us. Also, we find out Matt has a new friend who is relatively close to Seth and Trent, and Everett tries to cry.
Major Spoilers: Jurassic Park 3
Featuring: Everett Mobly, Matt Daniels, Trent Gleason, Seth Gleason
After 2 years, M Night Shyamalan gives us the sequel to his secret sequel after 17 years to Unbreakable. And with just two people on our panel for the episode we split the opinions on the movie pretty evenly. But, whether we left really liking it or finding it disappointing, we agree it’s not as bad as Night’s past Nickeloden adaption.
Major Spoilers: Glass, Split, Unbreakable

As is podcast tradition we come together to talk about our favorite films, and Kyle asks if we can break from last years format by keeping it to an hour, but Trent can't figure out how to do that and Everett hammers him for it. Also, we try to bore the audience with non-film topics, and Matt nearly kills Everett with the reveal of his list.
Minor Spoilers: Mission: Impossible 5 and 6, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War

After a two year wait, we get to see what JK Rowling has dreamed up for the next addition to her Wizarding World, and we’ve got some words for it, specifically Kyle has several. The room is divided much like most audiences, but we find reasons why and then some common ground. Also, Kyle gives us the depressing details of his Thanksgiving and Everett takes some jabs at our friend Matt and some beloved 2018 horror movies.

In our newest ep, we take another break from our traditional genre film discussions to do another Non-Nerdy 30; this time over Disney’s newest animated feature, Ralph Breaks The Internet. Whether it’s an unnecessary sequel or an instant classic, we have complaints and praise alike.

We reach the end of our 80s Horror Icons series, with a franchise that has multiple timelines, but you can forget all of that, cause the newest film erases almost everything, but is it a great movie or does it leave to much to be desired from the original feeling? We have arguments on both sides. Also, Everett reveals the scariest movies he watched this month, and possibly the scariest movie he’s ever seen?
Major Spoilers: Halloween (1978), Halloween (2018), The Sixth Sense
Minor Spoilers: the rest of the “Halloween” franchise

In our fourth episode of our 80s Horror Icons series, we come to an awkward position, our icon is not in the first movie, so we go all over the place, and essentially have fun tearing the series apart as none of us are big fans of the Friday the 13th series or animal cruelty. Also, the cast talk about metal bands, and Everett has something positive to say about a remake???
Major Spoilers: Friday The 13th (whole series), The Blob (1958)
Minor Spoilers: White Zombie, All Hallows Eve, Halloween (1978)

Continuing our 80s horror icons series, we come to the most nightmarish of them all, at least we try to claim that, as well as which sequels are worth seeing, and if the effects hold up or not. We also find division in whether remakes are good or not several times in the episode.
Major Spoilers: A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Sixth Sense

For our second episode of our 80s icons series, we come to the grossest of the films we’re hitting. Not even technically a guilty pleasure by our usual definition, but Matt finds himself defending the movie against the rest of the panel. Also, we have a new cast member and Everett has trouble trusting Brandon.
Major Spoilers: Hellraiser, The Evil Dead
Minor Spoilers: Jeepers Creepers 2, Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, Hellraiser series, Iron Man
