This week the boys are talking masked up baddies. We join 7 epic podcasts for the Destroy the Seven crossover event talking about the most iconic villains. Back in september of 2021 7 podcasts came together to unite the 7 greatest heroes of the DC universe. But in doing so they awakened something, something evil. And thus Destroy the Seven was born. In this episode we’ll be deep diving into Bane, one of the most iconic Batman villains (23:12). We also talk about another notorious masked brute in Netflix's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 at the end of the episode (49:42). Not to mention, METAL MARCH IS BACK \m/  \m/

This week the Geek Peak is tackling true crime! Chris sat down with Van Davis to give us the inside scoop on the infamous serial killer Ted Bundy. Van was a law enforcement advisor to law enforcement agencies in the southern part of Alabama and was the director of a law enforcement training academy in southern Alabama in the late '70s. Van also met officer Lee Davis who eventually apprehended Bundy. We dove into Bundy's childhood, his work background, his psychological profile, and trace the timeline of his crimes. We want to thank Van again for taking the time to educate us! |
