Double movie podcast!! Since these two movies flow right in line within the MCU, we decided to knock them out in one week! Going over different kinds of love within both of these movies, and how deep those feelings can run. Also, these two movies have killer soundtracks, so we give our top 3! Stay geeky!!!

One of Alex's favorite movies, or at least in his top 3 of all time. While Alex and Josh haven't had a rumble to the proportion of Captain America and the Winter Soldier, still get to witness some great fight scenes in this one. Both Cap and Bucky (spoiler!) are fighting for something that they don't know is truth, much like we need to fight for truth in our own lives. We dive into what is truth, and where we need to find it. Stay geeky!

Bringing some Red Ether at you this week, along with birds flying sideways, and Alex digging himself in a hole again with a musical comparison. We discuss how motherly the late Queen of Asgard is, and how the last conversation between her and Loki might have altered Loki's future trajectory-in regards to the Avengers-and some of his comic book history. Kicking off the second phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), we are looking at Iron Man 3, with a younger, unlikely unsung hero, Alex getting mad at the portrayal of the Mandarin character, and Josh delving into how our sins, though forgiven, can cause earthly consequences. It's always good to have friends...even when they beat you up with your own suit. "Tin Man" crashing through as we do a double episode Friday! We dissect the relationship between Roadie and Tony, and how Tony's father sent something to save his life, much like our heavenly Father sent us something to save our lives.

One of Alex's favorite super hero's, Captain America! "Old Man" is one of the main characters within the MCU, and we delve into how good of a man he is, and why Dr. Erskine chose him for the Super Soldier Serum. Even though Captain America has a good heart, just being "good" won't get you into heaven. Join us as we discuss that, some comic book history, and a tasty Marvel News that will pique your interest for Avengers Endgame!

First episode of 2019! Let's see if Alex can finally get his 60 Second Synopsis in under 60 seconds! We are talking about a big, green, monstrosity of a hero, the Hulk! Hulk gets angry...a lot. Us as humans get angry...a lot. The difference is we don't turn into a big green monster, but our anger still cascades over a lot of things in our life, and everyone can be affected by it.

Merry Christmas!! Our second episode, moving onto Thor! The story of The Mighty Thor shares very close similarities to the gospel story of Jesus Christ. We also share Christmas traditions (Alex probably needs a new one) and some of our favorite holiday media that we share for our Watching, Reading, Listening to this week. Stay geeky!
