Welcome to GEEKS CORNER! This week there is a lot to geek out about! The most exciting thing is that traditional character interactions have returned to the Disneyland Resort. The DAPS MAGIC team was on hand to experience the first day of their return. Mr. DAPs and Caitie share their observations, experiences, and the emotions of this magical day.

This week also sees the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade to Disneyland. Disneyland Forever and World of Color are also returning. The GEEKS talk about the new Grand Finale of Main Street Electrical Parade. What do you think of it?

Over at EPCOT, the “Awesome Mix” for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind was released this week. The GEEKS talk about the musical choices for the attraction and also think of some that they’d like to experience as well.

Finally, the first official teaser for Thor: Love and Thunder. The GEEKS talk about the movie, the music for the movie, and the characters seen in this teaser ahead of the movie’s arrival. Welcome to GEEKS CORNER! This week there is a lot of ground to cover with new things in the parks and coming to the parks…and beyond.

On a rainy Monday night, the new projection show at the Disneyland Resort debuted. A montage accompanied song We Don’t Talk About Bruno on the front of it’s a small world. The DAPS MAGIC team was on hand to film the new show. In the other park, Mr. Knight is now making nightly appearances in Avengers Campus, as is Moon Knight.

Over in EPCOT, cast member costumes were revealed for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This came just days after Kermit the Frog brought green to Spaceship Earth. Both were moments showing the excitement that is happening at EPCOT.

Finally, a new documentary about Jim Henson is in the works by Ron Howard. The GEEKS chat about what they hope this will be like when it eventually arrives.

Welcome to GEEKS CORNER! We are so happy that you are joining us and geeking out with us! This week there are a lot of topics to geek out about. Things start with the return of Disney character meet and greets in U.S. Disney parks, the Disney Cruise Line, and also Aulani. The geeks chat about this. Then it is time to chat about the changes coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom entertainment this summer… including Disney KiteTails. Is this a good idea? Share your thoughts!

Also this summer there are some exciting things coming to EPCOT. This includes the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Connections Cafe and Eatery. What do you think of this new attraction and the dining establishments?

Over at Disneyland, a new Encanto projection show will be arriving on the front of it’s a small world to the tune of We Don’t Talk About Bruno on April 11. Then a couple of months later the 2022 Disneyland Resort All-American College Band will be arriving! Finally, today LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga became available to play. Mr. DAPs and Caitie played it before the show and share their thoughts about it.

Welcome to a very special episode of GEEKS CORNER! This week marks the 300th episode for Caitie as a co-host on the show. It also is a week with LOTS of Star Wars. Not just Star Wars though, also LEGO!

There are a lot of fun things to geek out about with the new LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga game and its new featurette that was released in the last week. This last week also saw Disney win six Academy Awards at the Oscars. There are also some new LEGO Star Wars Diorama sets on the way that look like they will be a lot of fun.

In the Disney Parks, two new favorites are returning. At Disneyland, Hyperspace Mountain will be returning to Tomorrowland just in time for Star Wars Day. At Walt Disney World Resort, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue will be returning this summer.

Welcome to the 600th episode of GEEKS CORNER! It’s hard to believe but since the show began in 2010, the GEEKS have come together to geek out 600 times! For this special show, there are a few things special in store. This includes a special look back at early episodes of the friends of GEEKS CORNER through the years. The GEEKS also open some new MuppetVision 3D Wishables.

During the course of the show, there are also some fun topics to chat about. This includes the changes coming to Disney Village at Disneyland Paris, a new Starbucks at EPCOT, Christopher Lloyd in The Mandalorian, and a new docu-series called Sketchbook coming to Disney+.

As the GEEKS move into the main show there is a lot of ground to cover. Disneyland is now enforcing its no-show policy for Magic Keyholders. What do you think of this? Next, Turning Red is now on Disney+ and the GEEKS talk about this movie and the accompanying documentary. In other entertainment news, Obi-Wan Kenobi has a new trailer for this next Star Wars story. Marvel Studios also released a trailer for Ms. Marvel. What did you think of these trailers? The Muppets are heading to the world of mini-golf on Holey Moley.

Finally, there are some interesting foods coming to the Disney Parks for St. Patrick’s Day. One of them is a green corndog. Do you think Caitie should go to the parks and try it on St. Patrick’s Day? Welcome to GEEKS CORNER! This week the GEEKS have a lot to geek out about with a LOT of announcements from Disney. A lot of these announcements have involved returns of one kind or another. This includes the return of four nighttime spectaculars to the Disneyland Resort, Phat Cat Swinger returning to Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, the Dapper Dans and veterans returning to the Patriotic Flag Retreat, and some things that will and won’t be returning to Mickey’s Toontown when it reopens next year.

Coming up is the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. The GEEKS chat about what is coming for the Halcyon and what they think of this experience. Disney also announced Storyliving by Disney, an immersive living environment for Disney fans.

Welcome to GEEKS CORNER! This week the GEEKS cover a lot of ground on a stormy night in Southern California! After chatting about the storm and showing a picture Mr. DAPs took of the lightning, the GEEKS turn to the news of the week.

This week, there is a lot of news from the Disney Parks and beyond. Today it was announced that both Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts are relaxing their mask policies. Trams are also returning to Disneyland Resort. Walt Disney World Resort is also getting a new Disney Fairy Tale Weddings location at EPCOT.

In entertainment news, there are new trailers for Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The Beauty and the Beast prequel series for Disney+ has been put on hold as well.
