This week on GEEKS CORNER, the geeks celebrate Disneyland’s 65th Birthday and talk about the celebration over the weekend. As things continue to reopen, face masks are showing up in more places. But are they showing up enough? The geeks talk about their experiences at Downtown Disney and other places with mask compliance.

Over at Tokyo Disney Resort, a new nighttime spectacular was announced this week and the geeks will be chatting about Believe! Sea of Dreams.

Finally, there have been some changes in plans at the Walt Disney World Resort. Work on two attractions have been postponed, it sounds like the festival center in EPCOT is getting a change of plans, and three attractions have been closed permanently. Welcome to another episode of GEEKS CORNER! This week, it's all about the question of to Disney or not to Disney? This comes as Disney is opening some places around the world and other places are closing.

The show begins with a discussion about the reopening of Downtown Disney District and how safe it feels. It is also discussed if it is worth going to Downtown Disney District at this time.

Over in Florida, two of the four parks have reopened at Walt Disney World Resort. Tomorrow, two more will be opening and all four will be welcoming guests. The geeks talk about the reopening of Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom and talk about their thoughts on this reopening. They also talk briefly about the new paint job for Cinderella Castle.

With the reopening of EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios on July 15th in Florida and also Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland is closing temporarily. Tokyo Disney Resort is also canceling events and programs for the foreseeable future. The geeks discuss all of this as well.

Welcome to another episode of GEEKS CORNER! This is an exciting week as Disney begins to reopen its parks at the Walt Disney World Resort. This weekend also saw the arrival of Hamilton on Disney+. The geeks chat about both of these exciting things. This week also found some fun movie news coming out. An update about Jurassic World: Dominion gives fans of the original Jurassic Park something to be excited about. Welcome to a big episode of GEEKS CORNER! Just before the show began, Tokyo Disney Resort reopened the gates to the parks there. This comes a week after it was announced that the parks at the Disneyland Resort would NOT be reopening on July 17th.

In other news, Splash Mountain is being rethemed to have a Princess and the Frog storyline. The geeks talk about the possibilities with the attraction and the land around it.

Welcome to GEEKS CORNER! This week, there is a LOT of ground to cover with a lot of news. A big portion of the show revolves around the Disney Park Pass System that is now active for guests wishing to revisit Walt Disney World Resort when it reopens. The geeks also talk about many of the other updates happening around Walt Disney World Resort. This includes what will be open and what won’t be. There are a lot of things to cover. While covering it, Murray shares his experience in getting his Disney Park Pass and gives some advice for guests getting theirs.

More news has been released regarding reopening of Disney parks around the globe. With Hong Kong Disneyland reopening this week, Tokyo Disney Resort will be reopening on July 1st. Disneyland Paris will be reopening on July 15th. This means that Walt Disney World Resort and then Disneyland Resort will round out the reopenings of Disney theme parks globally.

Finally, Disneyland has had plans for the reopening of Downtown Disney District and the Grand Californian and Paradise Pier hotels approved by local and state officials. With this, on July 9th Downtown Disney District will be reopening and the two hotels on July 23rd. Disneyland and Disney California Adventure still await approvals on their opening plans. The geeks talk about what is known so far at this point.
