  • CIAs Star Wars, Les Grossman, Motherboard Injuries, Self Preserving AI, Naming Crackdown GIS887
RobChrisRob grouped up virtually to discuss trivialities such as the revelation that the CIA ran a Star Wars fan site for years to give agents a back channel to hide communication, Tom Cruise kinda wants to make a les grossman movie (but not really). Motherboard manufacturers are at long last addressing the real problem of getting slightly poked by the metal bits on the back of motherboards, AI resorting to blackmail as an act of self preservation, the Amazonian tribe suing the Times for smearing its members as porn addicts, Japan cracking down on weird baby names, a chinese paraglider surviving an 8,000 meter accident, Some random babbling about video games, films The Day of the Fight, and Psycho Therapy.

  • Voicing Vaders, Beige Boxes, Container Crashes, Penny Problems GIS886
RobChrisRob unified once again after oh so much time apart to discuss a great many matters of such import as SAG Aftra calling out Disney for using Vader's voice (which Disney licensed from Jones' estate) in fortnite. Silverstone making new modern PC cases with a retro 90s beige box aesthetic, a new bacteria found on the chinese space station which is a movie I've definitely seen before and always ends great, a lawsuit that alleges a kid who un-alived himself after talking to an AI chatbot, a containership crashed into a dudes lawn, we're done making pennies but the real waste is nickel;s... and the fertility clinic that gave expired sperm to the FBI which was definitely for training purposes and won't be used for evil ever for sure.

RobChrisRob synchronized over time and space to discuss the latest ingenius trump tariffs, this time over all foreign films which will definitely save the film industry, we also talked about a dude who has been bit by like 200 snakes to create anti venoms, Star Wars Outlaws, Split Fiction, and little else because apparently today we are all bored.

The guy who bought a $400 WW1 shipwreck, Amazon launching its first 27 Kuiper satellites to compete with SpaceX, a flight diverted after an iPad got stuck in a seat and its battery started swelling, and the legal docs tossed for including a super sweet and very professional dragon wearing a suit watrermark... we also talked a bit about the new film Borderline and the most recent episodes of Andor.

  • Naked Guns, AI Avatars, Trons, Tarriffs, Dire Wolves, Mickey 17 GIS881
RobChrisRob returned from a bit of a scheduled hiatus to discuss the Billy Mitchel vs Karl Jobst lawsuit in which Mitchell won, although the case was about defamation, not cheating at video games. Murderbot is coming to AppleTV and two of us are excited. AI Imposters are coming to courts and applying for jobs, even Tesla won't take a Cybertruck in trade, the Tron Ares trailer is out and it looks like there are light cycles in the real world so that's either a story point or very weird, the trump tariffs didn't want anyone to feel excluded besides russia so they even applied them to uninhabited islands... we also talked about Dire Wolves and Mickey 17.
