Welcome to Half Elf Privilege, a podcast about Dungeons & Dragons, and the

stories (good and bad) it creates. In our inaugural episode Lloyd, Andrew

and Jeff talk about how they got started in role playing, as well as some

tips for people looking to dip their toe into this wonderfully weird game.

In this episode, Jacob considers embezzlement, Emily cooks up a video game feast, Shawn lets the dog outside, and Jeff becomes a world-class murder hobo. Plus: Jeff discusses table top games (and actual table tops) and Jacob warns of the perils of virtual reality. Also, a quick list of titles to get you into the Halloween spirit, Shawn's list of upcoming October video game releases, and Jacob subjects Emily and Shawn to Tommy Wiseau's The Room.

In this episode, Emily spies some Kickstarter board games, Jacob goes for the booty at the Ixalan pre-release, and Shawn is preparing his haptic OASIS rig for the VR revolution. Plus, which system would you recommend for someone looking to get a home console, and why is it the PS4? Plus, a rant on Nintendo's inability to give its fans what they want.

In this episode, Jacob, Jeff, and Emily discuss games played and finally finish talking about Dice Tower Con with a discussion on the Smash Up Tournament and megagame "Future Tense."

The team discusses their most anticipated GenCon releases, and Shawn discusses his time with PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.

In this episode, we test out two terrible slogans, Jeff's electricity goes out, and we complete our discussion on games played at Dice Tower Con 2017.
