PETER MACINTOSH is a Canadian, entrepreneur, mixed media artist, and geisha culture guru living in Kyoto since 1993. He was a location scout and cultural liaison for Hollywood's adaptation of Arthur Golden's best-selling novel "Memoirs of a Geisha". Ultimately, these experiences inspired Peter to make his own documentary, Real Women, Real Geisha (2009).
