The word "Focus", probably gets different reactions, motivational videos, gym rats, the movie with Will Smith from 2015 etc. If you are like me, it probably feels like being confined or restrained.

No matter where you are at, this episode is a balanced perspective of my journey of becoming friends with the idea of focus this year.
