Our discussion focuses on the challenges and struggles faced by Sabbie and Linda, as Asian Canadians, and how they have worked towards creating a community within which the racism, discrimination and other challenges faced have become a topic of awareness and one we work towards addressing and minimizing.

The episode takes a look at setting boundaries to respect our mental health and considers some of the personal ways we can take of ourselves. Give it a listen!

Our guest is Jyoti Kaur Bedi, a member of the Board of Directors of Seva Food Bank. Co-hosted by Nivriti, Programs and Initiatives Coordinator, Sherin, Programs and Initiatives Coordinator, and Ashnoor, Community Collaborations and Advocacy Coordinator.
