Our guest this week is Dorothy Gibbons, CEO of the Rose, a non-profit serving womens healthcare, education and issues.  She has served as founder or on the founding board for the Breast Health Collaborative of Texas, the North Pasadena Community Outreach, the Breast Care Center in Washington DC., Gateway to Care and the Texas Medical Centers Women’s Health Network in Houston. 

Her interests span far beyond the the healthcare environment however as she has also given time to the boards of Sarah’s House, the Texas Executive Women’s, Bridgid’s Place and was the primary organizer of the Mary Magdalene Community started in 2005. She is a sponsor the current festival, the Many Faces of Mary Magdalene.

Today our Guest is Kayleen Asbo, is a  passionate scholar: a cultural historian, musician, writer and teacher who weaves myth, music, psychology, history and art with experiential learning. A faculty member of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, she teaches classes on a wide array of topics ranging from Labryinths, to Dante to Mary Magdalene. Her classes have been hailed as "inspirational", "fascinating and compelling", "transformational"  and "truly life changing".

She will join Christ Church Cathedral, Brigid's Place and the Houston Jung Center, for a Featured Event, during the national month-long festival, TheMany Faces of Mary Magdalene,  in Houston Texas.
