Gen X Reverb

Justin has been so busy that he forgot that we even recorded this episode.  Doh!

Spoiler alert: If you haven't watched 'The Book Of Boba Fett', this episode contains spoilers.

Get your listen on with Gen X Reverb!  Thank you for being a regular listener.  We hope you enjoy it!

Hello all and thank you for listening.  There is no intro or outro to this episode. A few of our listeners have been wondering when we are going to get a new episode up so as I was driving home yesterday, I was thinking, "Let's just do some hot takes and upload." I sent a text to the GXR blokes and voilla, here you have it: Another Hot Takes episode.

Be warned that there is a bit of sadness in this episode as we talk a bit about the tragedy in Uvalde, Texas that occurred on May 24, 2022. As you more than likely know, there was a school shooting and we discuss the moral implication of violent video games for a second.  We are saddened by the deaths of the persons at the school and also for the emptiness that the family is left to deal with.

We talk Obi-Wan, She-Hulk, Jurassic World Dominion, and Bradley wonders why Uncle Owen didn't recognize someone in Star Wars Episode IV.

So we recently went to Disneyland & California Adventure and it wasn’t just the Gen X Reverb crew. It was a bunch of our family. Aunts, uncles, cousins, wives, and children (Well, wives and children of course.  Right?) So we decided to record a post-Disney Vacation trip report and we’ve got that brew’n up, but it's not yet ready.

Here is another episode for you to enjoy.

We went back.  Waaaaaaaaaay back into our archives.  Archives that are not even of THIS podcast.  An archive from our previous podcast, Old Republic Radio.  It was a Star Wars podcast.  (We grew up watching Wookies, Tauntauns, and troopers on Speeder bikes hissing through the woods on The Moon of Endor.  Can you blame us for being fans and podcasting about it?).  Ken is visiting WDW Resort while we record, so it's just Mark, Bradley & Justin on this particular episode.

We really hope you enjoy this! If you do, please let us know on our Facebook page facebook.com/genxreverb or by email at [email protected].  Send it to a friend who needs some cheering up as well. 😃

Everyone has to work! GXR talks jobs.

Mark, Ken & Karen (Ken's younger sis) bring us back to when we were little people trying to pop lock, snake, and spin on our heads.  Listen up!

We just got done talking Eternals, so that's what we are referring to at the beginning of the podcast.  Please enjoy our review of The Book Of Boba!

The Book Of Boba Fett episode 3 dropped this past Wednesday so we here at GXR are getting ready to sound off.  Get ready for that epsisode coming soon!

Black Friday!

All Fridays matter by the way.  LOL!

Could we hire someone to do our show notes for us?

Bradley & Justin sound off on Starwars Visions.
