Have you ever felt disconnected from your Gen Z child/Gen Z co-worker/or just Gen Z in general? We wanted to bridge the generational gap between Gen Z and anyone older so Geena brought in her 20 year old, Gen Z nephew Steven to answer some questions she had for his generation.  From wearing dirty air-force ones, to never having their cell phone charged, to their untimely response to emails, and outfit choices, Geena asks it all with the intention of understanding each other a little better while poking a little fun at the same time. Don’t you worry though, Steven also has his own list of questions about the older generations asking everything from how they survived nights out without a cell phone, why they put so much emphasis on appearance, and explains why email is equivalent to snail mail.  With so many generations working together in the work force, or co-existing in the home, we felt it was time to bridge the generational gap while poking a little fun at each other at the same time. This episode is meant to be a fun way to look at the differences between Gen Z and anyone older, while at the same time creating some understanding with the goal of creating an easier co-existence. Steven is currently working his way up in radio and working at In N Out on the side. According to Geena (since Steven never submitted a bio to us despite multiple attempts at getting him to do so) Steven is always hustling, growing, and trying to come up with the next big business. He’s a future entrepreneur who is sure to become very successful in life.  He does love his car more than his family and could use some work keeping his room clean but other than that he’s a good kid. @steveshothat
