With over 30 years of leadership experience in operations management and more than 20 years dedicated to martial arts—earning the rank of 3rd Dan (third-degree black belt)—I've gained a unique perspective on discipline, resilience, and personal growth. My combined professional background and martial arts journey have deeply influenced my work, inspiring the creation of three books that provide powerful insights into self-discovery and personal development.
