In this episode the executive board for the Black Student Association at Mississippi State University discuss the importance of creating safe spaces for the black student body and how doing so has opened them up to leaving their own mark while keeping the tradition of Family at the top of their priority list.

This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Camillia Goodloe, who is greatly involved on campus in leadership as well as service. On this episode we discussed the topics of foundation, balance, and knowing when you are fulfilling your purpose truthfully.

On this week’s episode I had Jahari Bell, Photographer for The Student Newspaper at Mississippi State University “The Reflector” talk about his journey through photography and why he is so passionate about it. Jahari talks about his motivating factors along with anecdotes and personal experiences that opened his eyes for the better.

In this episode I talk about some of the important mental notes I keep in mind when I’m going through the motions that “life” puts us through. I also remind myself and the audience of the importance of not announcing goals and aspirations before accomplishing them. This is to refrain from any pressure or burn out in the long run.
