Continue on with Life even after you lose someone, if you stop living, you are slowly killing yourself. Life continues on after we lose people!!!

Go out and show the world who you are. Be Yourself, Love Yourself , Be Happy of Who You Are and Your Circumstances. Don’t be ashamed of your background and where you came from.

Go out and make your dreams come true. Keep forging ahead in life, never give up!! One word: Be Positive and Believe in Yourself!!

Don’t grieve alone, heal together as a family, when u grieve alone, your emotions will take over and you will have thoughts that will take you down the wrong path. When you grieve together with your family, you will be able to heal together and lean on each other for support!

Crying is a Strength, not a weakness. Real men who cry are strong and have character. Depression is a Disease, if not treated, can lead to other illnesses. Suicide is a cowards way out, you have purpose in life, you are part of this world. Don’t take yourself out of life before your time. Strive to be a better version of yourself, you can be whoever you want to be, you don’t need validation or approval from others. In one word: Survive to stay Alive!!
