Sarah Kad-Bay is a powerful and open-minded woman. She’s originally from Venezuela and is currently undertaking her Master degree in London. Sarah has overcome her struggled relationship with food and turned her back to social pressures, and she has founded her own business, which blossomed as a silver lining.
We discuss the social pressures of fitting into society by having a specific body size and how to overcome these “beauty standards” by living life on your terms. Sarah is also sharing the resources that have helped her through the journey, such as meditation, a mindset change, a close support bubble and how owning her story inspired her to share vulnerability and turn it into strength.
