We are plain and ordinary but God wants to bring the extra to our ordinary. Being obedient to Gods calling, our lives can be transformed to his extraordinary life!  

Looking at the life of Moses, he was an ordinary guy who said “Who am I?” God had a call on his life to make his ordinary life extraordinary!

Week 4 "The In-Between" - Pastor Cait

Why can change be hard?

I believe change can be hard in any situation because we are giving up our control and what we are comfortable with and allowing something new or different or unknown to take its place.

Before Jesus ascended to heaven, he told his disciples -  Acts 1:7-8NLT “The Father alone has the authority to set those dates and times, and they are not for you to know. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

We don’t need to worry about the changes in our lives, we just need to trust Jesus in our changes. As we trust him and let the Holy Spirit work through us, we will see our friends, families and neighbors come to know Jesus and to have their lives forever changed.

Week 3 "The In-Between" - Pastor Brad  

Israel had broken dreams. They had been in captivity, were freed, only to come back to a city in ruins. Today we look at the story of Nehemiah and the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem as we explore broken dreams.  What dream has Jesus put in your heart? What thing are you harboring that no one knows about? Have you done your investigation into it yet? Do you have a clear vision of how to accomplish that mission? What things has God already done that you can recognize?  

Jesus is in the redemption business, and He wants to restore our broken dreams!

Week 2 "The In-Between" - Pastor Brad

Paul and Timothy were both experiencing "The In-Between" as Paul was transitioning out of leading and Timothy was stepping into a larger role.

In this message we are taking a look at 2 Tim. 2:1-7 and exploring Paul's words of wisdom and encouragement to Timothy as he steps into a new level of leadership in the early church. These truths are still applicable today, and we can all take something from Paul's wisdom and apply it to our lives.

2 Tim 2:1 "...be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus."

Week 1 "The In-Between" - Pastor Cait

Summer is around the corner and vacations and road trips are getting scheduled. Plans are being made on how to get to your destination. Whether it’s a road trip or flying there is a transition from point A to point B.

You hope all goes smoothly, but unexpected situations can arise. A flat tire, construction giving you a long detour, cancelled flights, lost luggage…

In a place of transition, we can choose to approach the changes with fear and resistance, or we can choose to embrace the adventure and explore Gods ultimate purpose and plan for our lives.

Whatever transition from point A to point B you personally are facing; God is in the in-between. He is in the transition. He does not wait until you get to the destination, he is a God of transitional miracles.

Proverbs 3: 5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Mothers Day - Pastor Cait

Jesus is asking us to simplify so he can be amplified.

John 3:30NLT “He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less.”

When in our lives do we need to simplify so we can give space for us to sit at the feet of Jesus. Jesus cares about us, which means he cares about our responsibilities. If we can give him the first of our time, everything else will fall into place because Jesus is in it. He wants to do our heavy lifting. 

1 Peter 5:7NLT “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”
