Steve and I discuss the spectacle and wonder of the Olympics. How in our respective lives it was once the thing above all and now not so much.

Steve remembers the UCLA Walton. The 2x dominant NCAA Champion.

He remembers the oft-injured but dominant Walton of the Dr Jack Ramsay Blazers--along with Maurice Lucas.

I don't really start knowing Walton until the Celtics - AND he had a whole career arc with San Diego beforehand!

Steve and I have talked about the Dynasties over the Generations. This one is the opposite. In light of the Denver Nuggets going down, we discuss the ingredients to be a repeat Champion and a Dynasty.

Oh, and I go from Jim Everett apologist to the Karl-Anthony Towns Apologist.

Steve and I discuss how jealousy transcends generations and sports.

We discuss different players, teams, and the times.

Watching the NBA playoffs this week, I was regaled with the defensive theater that is Luka Doncic.

This made me think of the Generations of Floppers, which led to the foulers, and ultimately the tough guys.

Steve and I explore the change over the years and the usual suspects that get put in each category.
