About Dan Horner: Dan Horner is one of the two founding partners of True Homes located in Charlotte, NC.  True Homes develop communities and build 2,400 homes per year in 5 geographic markets throughout the Carolinas. True Homes has grown to be the 34th largest homebuilder in the United States and is the largest privately-owned homebuilder in the Carolinas.  

True Homes was honored as the “National Homebuilder of the Year” by Professional Builder Magazine in 2020.  In 2018, True Homes was honored with the Homebuilding Industry’s top award for operational excellence, The National Housing Quality Award – Gold Level.  In addition, True Homes have been honored as the “Top Place to Work” in Charlotte out of 6,000 companies for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 by The Charlotte Observer and Energage, a national research company.  In 2020, Energage recognized True Homes as the “Top Leadership Team” out of 50,000 companies with less than 500 employees across the United States.

Dan has 32 years of homebuilding experience.  Dan served as an executive for CP Morgan from 1995 – 2006 leading the organization's growth from 200 homes/ year to over 3,500 homes/ year.  He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from 2003-2006 prior to starting True Homes with his business partner, Mark Boyce.  He served as a strategic advisor to Allen Edwin Homes from 2006-2020 assisting them to become the largest homebuilder in Michigan.  Dan serves on the Advisory Team of Elevation Church, serves on the Board of Directors for Mission Uprising, and is the founder of “The Outpost”, a Christian men’s ministry started in 2003.  He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision.  

Today, Dan continues to lead True Homes and the True Homes Foundation which was started in 2009.  The True Homes Foundation is focused on making an impact within the areas of affordable housing, living wage jobs, education, healthcare, and family support.  As part of their Foundation work, Dan has launched an initiative called KSuite, a forum of Kingdom-minded leaders working together to use their Marketplace Platforms to transform their city.  Through these many efforts, Dan’s hope is for people within his community to have the opportunity for more life.

Dan resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Diane of 32 years.  Dan’s greatest joy in life comes from spending time with Diane and their three children and son-in-law - Graham, Morgan, James, and Jackson.

About David Lumpkins: David was the Executive Chairman and co-founder of PetroLogistics LP, an NYSE-listed company that developed, owned, and operated the first Propane Dehydrogenation facility in North America, which at the time was the largest such facility in the world.   The company’s IPO in 2012 was the largest MLP IPO in history up to that time.  PetroLogistics LP was sold to Koch Industries in 2014.  David was also Chairman and co-founder of PL Midstream, a privately held petrochemical transportation and storage business with operations in Louisiana.  PL Midstream owned and operated salt dome storage and pipeline systems serving the Louisiana petrochemical industry.  PL Midstream was sold to Boardwalk Partners in 2012.  Prior to establishing these companies, Mr. Lumpkins worked in the investment banking industry for 17 years principally for Morgan Stanley, for which he established the Houston office in 1995.  David is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received his BBA and MBA degrees.   He is currently a member of the Crestwood Equity Partners Board of Directors.  He is the founder of Yellowstone Academy, a private Christian school that, along with its sister school Yellowstone College Prep, serves low-income families in the Third Ward of Houston.  He is a member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. About Sid Jansma Jr.: Sid's oil patch experience began in 1959 working part-time for his dad as a roustabout. So he started at the bottom! Four years at Calvin College resulted in a degree in philosophy and economics, and in a year at U of M, he earned an MBA. He then joined Wolverine Gas and Oil Company (the family business founded by his father in 1948) full-time for the next 49 years. Sid also volunteers for the energy industry at both the state and national levels.  At various times, he's been chairman of the Michigan Oil and Gas Association, chairman of the Independent Petroleum Association of America’s Tax Committee, chairman of the Environment and Safety Committee, and on the Board of Directors of the American Petroleum Institute. That kind of networking keeps him in touch with others in the industry and up-to-date on what's going on around the country in the oil field and energy in general. Sid has enjoyed serving at church as elder and chairman of the board of trustees at Plymouth Heights Christian Reformed Church. He has served on several other boards, including that of the Russian-American Institute, Calvin Theological Seminary (when in May 2019 he became Chair Emeritus of the Board of Trustees), ROC Oil in Australia, and other boards. Sid’s four children and 14 grandchildren are an endless source of joy to Sid and Cate. And then what about his spare time? He cooks, sails, hunts, fishes, and plays the bagpipes – with absolutely no time left for golf!

About David Allman: David Allman is the Owner & Chairman of Regent Partners, a Real Estate Investment and Development company based in Atlanta which has developed or acquired more than $3 billion in real estate assets, including The Sovereign in Buckhead and the Concourse Complex. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1976 Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Economics and from the Lovett School as Valedictorian.

Mr. Allman is active in numerous real estate, civic, and ministry initiatives. He currently serves as Trustee for the J. Bulow Campbell Foundation, Trustee for The Lovett School, and national Trustee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI). About David Sutherland: David Sutherland is the Chair of the Board for International Care Ministries, a charity that serves the ultra-poor in the Philippines through 16,000 local indigenous churches. ICM has designed a four-month anti-poverty training program called Transform. At the end of this four-month program, ultra-poor participants experience a 107% increase in income, a 27% reduction in illness, and a 46% increase in an index of Hope. ICM has graduated 1.7 million Filipino family members from the four-month Transform program. ICM is now one of the largest charities in the Philippines, and recently expanded to serve in Uganda and Guatemala.

Until early 2013, David was Morgan Stanley's Chief Financial Officer in Asia Pacific, responsible for the company's financial affairs in countries from China to India, from Korea to Australia. Before his role as CFO, David spent more than a decade as a Morgan Stanley Managing Director, overseeing its tax department in Asia.

Since 2013, David has been full-time with ICM. But he has also held two other part-time roles as Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Andes (one of the largest fishing companies in the world) and Senior Advisor to FountainVest (a US$4 billion private equity fund that invests in China).

Prior to Asia, David worked for Arthur Andersen; Cadwallader, Wickersham & Taft; Caplin & Drysdale; and the U.S. Department of Treasury where he was the Associate International Tax Counsel. In the later capacity, he represented the U.S. Government regarding tax issues with most countries in Asia, including successful tax treaty negotiations with Thailand and Indonesia.

In addition to his role with ICM, David also serves as the board chair of Asian Charity Services (which provides pro bono management consulting services to hundreds of other charities), Friends of Hong Kong Charities (which processed nearly $100m of donations from US citizens living in Hong Kong to benefit dozens of Hong Kong charities) and the Lion King Project (which assists street children in North Bali, Indonesia).

David has a law degree from the University of Virginia, a Master of Taxation from the American University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville. David was the national intercollegiate debate champion in the United States in 1982.

David and his wife, Deanna, have three adult children who grew up in Hong Kong and are now working and living in the United States.
