This great Book of Genesis ends with Joseph’s coffin awaiting the exodus. And that is the story of the second book of the Pentateuch. We will be taking a break from the OT as we begin the next season, but what is important is that the OT ends with the expectation of the Messiah who, when He came, by grace led His people in a second exodus from the bondage of this world.
