There are lots of people we love. There are lots of people who love us. But human love is imperfect and temporary. In this message, Steve Wallen looks at one of the most compelling and comforting chapters in all of scripture… and see that nothing can separate us from the love of God.

There are a lot of things we give our love, affection, and attention to. You may even say, there are a lot of things we worship. In this passage, we’ll see how one woman, Mary, comes to the conclusion that there’s really only one who’s worthy of our worship – Jesus!

In John 11, Jesus claims that he is the resurrection and the life and then he backs up that claim by raising a man named Lazarus from the dead. As the Resurrection and the Life, Jesus is inviting all of us to place our faith in what he has done for us so that we can experience the power of resurrection life today!

Time and again, the bible refers to the people of God as sheep. Not a very flattering depiction! However, one reason it is there is to remind us of the fact that we need a shepherd. In John chapter 10, Jesus claims to be the Good Shepherd. In this passage, we see how he wants a relationship with us, how he provides for us, and how he has a heart for his sheep.

Isn't it true that sometimes life happens and we lose our way, we lose our ability to see? Jesus wants to do something amazing IN you and THROUGH you! He wants to give you eyes to see Him for who He is and what He can do with your life.

The world we live in wants to convince us that our eternal worth is determined by how much light we can produce from our own power. But in John chapter 8, Jesus turns that way of thinking upside down. Campus Pastor Jerry Naville explores Jesus' claim that he alone is the true source of light in the world and only that light has the power to push back the darkness we face, reshaping our brokenness for his purposes.

Life happens and sometimes we realize the mess we’ve made. The truth is that we’re all guilty, every single one of us. But that’s where Jesus rushes in. He offers us a way out and a new way to live. Easter reminds us that there really is something amazing about Jesus, the cross, and the empty tomb.

In John six a crowd of people ask Jesus a question that we’ve all likely asked at some point in time: “What do we have to do to please God?” His initial response was pretty simple and straightforward, but it was the explanation of his response that left them wondering if they really wanted to follow him anymore.
