In Genesis 27 we find Abraham’s son Isaac now as an old man with two sons. These sons, however, have been rivals since they were in the womb. Isaac is looking to pass on the blessings he received from his father to his oldest son Esau, but Jacob steals the blessing from his brother. How can God fulfill the promise He made to Abraham to be made into a great people with all of this sin and trickery in his grandsons?
