Throughout the book of Genesis, which was clearly written thousands of years ago, there are predictions and promises made by God that are inescapably true to this day. God promised that a descendant of Adam and Eve would one day crush the head of the Liar. By virtue of the historical narrative of Genesis and the Old Testament, we can trace the fulfillment of that promise from generation to generation until we come to a manger in Bethlehem.
