For international week, three students shared their experiences from around the world. Wilfred Mutale is an international student at Geneva from Zambia. Heather Mitchell went to Coasta Rica for a semester through the Crossroads program. Sarah Bruck went to Sydney, Australia, also through the Crossroads program.

Devon Law shares her testimony first and then Dean Smith talks about how we pray in the midst of difficulty. We all go through trials and temptations, but how do we get through it? Through the power of God and prayer. Dean Smith examines the Lord's Prayers and how to pray during our difficulties. Through our trials our faith will be proved genuine. The lives of Abrahman, Job and Joseph are examined to see how they faced trials.

Nicole Bromley is an international speaker and author. She is the founder of OneVOICE Enterprises and is a national spokesperson for sexual abuse. She shares her testimony on being a survivor of sexual abuse and challenges the audience to stand up and end the silence.

Mike Ensley with Exodus International shares his testimony on finding freedom from homosexuality through the power of Jesus Christ. He talks about his life growing up, the struggles that he faced, and how his life is changed now because of what God did in his life.

Dean Smith addresses the topic of forgiveness, not just receiving it but giving it. Each time he has spoken in chapel this year, he has referenced the Lord's Prayer. He says that Jesus teaches us in the Lord's prayer that disciples still need forgiveness and that disciples need to forgive others. We must forgive from the heart.

Jim Cossin is a Geneva graduate and is currently the director of Seneca Hills Bible Conference. His message is on sin, how it affects all we do and that we will all be accountable one day for our sin. He challenges the audience to acknowledge their sin and confess it.

Rev. Dr. Kevin Gourley of Memorial Park Presbyterian Church talks about depression. He says that to stop suffering from depression we need to stop looking at ourselves and look to God and others for help. We also need to look to the future with hope. He challenges up to seek out help for depression and he does this by giving his testimony to show his battle with depression.

Rev. Rockwell Dillaman comes to campus this week as we celebrate the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr. He is the pastor of Allegheny Center Alliance Church in downtown Pittsburgh that has grown into a church where diversity flurishes. He brings to light Psalm 133 and how it speaks to what the world needs to behold and what the benefits are when we behold it.

Larry Hardesty talks about pushing the rest button and starting off the new semester right. His key verse is Matthew 13:44 and he challenges us with, "Would you sell all you had for the Kingdom of God?". It is easy to fall asleep spiritually while in college cause you can make excuses that you will do it later in life. But you have the chance now to connect with Christ and grow closer to Him. What does it mean to pursue the Kingdom wholeheartedly? Where are you at with your walk with Christ? Get it together today.

Gabe Gordon, Director of Men's Ministries, opens the chapel series this semester by continuing the theme of overcoming the respectable sins that we tolerate. He touches on what ungodliness is, how it plays out in our lives and how we can overcome it.
