What is the worst job you have ever had?  Often, many jobs are difficult, but what makes it toxic is the health of the leadership.  In this message, we begin a new series studying Jesus' promise in Matthew 11:28-29.  Jesus promised that if we come to Him, we would find rest for our souls.  Yet, rarely do we find the rest that Jesus promised.  Why is that?  In this message, we discover that one of the reasons rest evades us is because we take on the "yoke" of following Jesus, without understanding Jesus "gentle and lowly" heart.  But, when we understand the heart of our leader, it makes the yoke light.
