This week my guest is Julie Vandermaat also known as Jules. 


Jules is a Certified Master EFT Trainer, Mentor and Social Worker who specialises in training other mental health professionals in trauma-focused Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). 

She is highly regarded in the EFT world for approach and her experience. With a background in working as a social worker she specialised in working with sexual trauma and now uses her years of knowledge to teach EFT to others the slow, safe and gentle way.
