In December 2024, I recorded this episode, realizing that I had outgrown an old identity. Attached to my trauma and Major Depressive Disorder diagnoisis, with the help of therapy, I was able to acknowledge that I am well. When all you've known is darkness, the light (being well) can be uncomfortable. This episode is a reminder that it is okay to be well. Lean in to your wellness and wellness practices. Find community that pours into you and that sees you. You're light, maybe uncomfortable. You will adjust. This episode can provide perspective and encourage others that things do get better. Use the tools you have and keep going!

Allow others to love on you and pour into you because you are WORTHY to receive love. Being loved by others is a requirement to thrive in this life. Once you begin to cultivate that love for yourself, it will show up in the physical. All you have to do is receive it. BASK in the love that is present in your life to exemplify your gratitude. Love is a gift to be recieved and cherished.

I recorded this episode in September of 2024. My friends came to visit me during a challenging time. I needed their support and was grateful for it. Sharing this story to inspire others to embrace the love God has blessed you with. We are not meant to do life on our own!

You are worthy of love in this PRESENT moment. Accepting and loving the verison of your present self will allows you to heal and transform in the most highest version of you. To be loved requires NOTHING! So accept all of you, this version of you is necessary to get to where you are headed!

"Our bodies are the vehicles in which we experience life." Instead of focusing on what your body looks like, express gratitude for how it shows up for you daily. From personal experience, practicing gratitude for my body allowed me to accept my body. With acceptance comes love.  Love your body becasue it YOURS! You deserves to enjoy it.
