The available Light Energy has gradually been increasing since its “return” at Winter Solstice, However, we on The Path have learned over the years is that between the start of the upcoming Times of Beltane and Summer Solstice it feels like the Light Energy is increasing exponentially around us. This is a gentle reminder to take care of yourself and not allow yourself to become overwhelmed because you feel like you have to be more energetic than you may be able to manage.
