We’re in Mindful May! Each week I’m sharing a short video related to the theme of the week and our first week is about noticing. I’m sharing this first video with everyone.

In this video I speak about the difference between blending with a part of ourselves (my self-consciousness) and witnessing a part of ourselves, using ideas from Internal Family Systems. There are also two unfortunate interruptions from Ralph the dog but rather than starting the recording again I trusted that you were happy to see him, even if he is a little growly. Here he is looking handsome and holding his ‘nervous dog’ lead 🐾
