Looking back on her life I remember being so very afraid to open up because of other peoples thoughts about me. I was always mean, defensive and ignorant to my own feelings. Then one day I saw Her but not ME. Thats the moment I had to make a choice.... ME... Or the stranger in the mirror!   With my story I want to reach my audience on a level thats different from the rest. I needed to reach an audience that knows there is a Black girl from the south side of Chicago that wasn’t poor and not knowing where her next meal would come from. The girl that her mother wasn’t a drug addict, father wasn’t a drug pusher.   I was tired of the stereo types that I had to be from "this type of family" or "that kind of family," because I had my first child at the age of 14 years old. My all-time favorite stereotype was the one that says teenage moms can’t raise their children effectively or the one that says teenage moms are all high school drop outs. Neither of which proves true for me. My story will give others new purpose!

She was inspired to write children's books to help other children understand that children with different abilities can make a difference in their lives too. She continues to make a difference by publishing a new magazine title; “Bully.” The magazine provides real-life stories of individuals releasing their resentment of past experiences. Due to a crisis, sickness, loss of a loved one, or tragedy.

In 2019 Kimberly experienced 3 drastic losses that caused a huge amount of heartache. The death of her Dad in January, Mother in July, and her son on his 27th birthday on October 9th, 2019, due to depression. Witnessing this pain has changed her life and allowed her to find her purpose to deliver her testimony with a vision, to change the lives of others that suffer from these common mental health conditions.

“Support Joeys Heart.” A 501(c)3 Non-Profit was created in his memory. Understanding the challenges life can bring and helping individuals build strength that will reject the feelings of depression. Healing Hearts and making each person they touch smile is the mission at “Support Joeys Heat.”

Kimberly is also, A Motivational Speaker, Advocate for health and wellness, and hosts on a new radio show. “The Talk Over Radio Show” on Praise 104.9 ~ 92.5FM that airs live every Sunday. She continues to collaborate with other non-profit organizations to make a difference in the communities of the 757 and beyond.

Our Interview Today With one of the youngest millionaires ever!

Todd Baldwin has always wanted to make a lot of money. “I was raised by a single mom, and I watched her struggle working four jobs to try to feed three kids,” the 27-year-old self-made millionaire told CNBC and us how he made It.

“She was worried all the time about money. I saw it. I could feel it.” Baldwin didn’t want to experience the same financial stress when he grew up, so at 12, he started working. His first job was shoveling manure for $3 an hour: “I came home one day, and I counted up six dollars worth of quarters. At the time, it was more money than I had ever seen.

Since that moment I was like, I’ve got to make millions of dollars.” He achieved that goal at 25 when his net worth crossed $1 million, thanks to smart real estate investing with his wife, Angela. Today, he brings in $615,000 annually thanks to a mix of income from rental properties, his day job working in commercial insurance sales and the extra cash he makes as a secret shopper. After real estate expenses, his take-home pay is closer to $305,000. Angela brings in another six figures from her 9-to-5, a paycheck they almost entirely save.

The Baldwins live “very comfortably,” he says. But he still has lofty money goals: By 35, he wants his net worth to hit $10 million. That’s one of the reasons he and Angela live well below their means. “Although our net worth is seven figures, we don’t do a lot of the typical things that most people envision millionaires doing,” says Baldwin, who wears a $12 rubber wedding band. “We are super frugal.”

They have roommates, drive a 2009 Ford Focus and their monthly food bill rarely exceeds $25, thanks to all the free meals they get as “secret shoppers.”
