Colorism. Mental Health. Redefining beauty standards. Seema Hari is an engineer and renowned activist who talks about issues like colorism, rape culture, and creating confidence within yourself. She talks to me about using social media as  a tool to empower other by creating stories out of posts rather than simply posting pretty pictures of herself. Seema gets very honest and shares how he was suicidal at a young age because she was bullied for being dark skinned and how she spreads awareness about colorism on social media because she doesn't want anyone else to go through what she did. Overall, she outlines the history behind colorism and talks about how she gained confidence and started falling in love with herself.
