The man many consider to be the front runner to replace Stephen Harper as leader of the Conservative Party of Canada (no, not Kevin O'Leary) is Regina MP Andrew Scheer. I spoke to him about why he thinks he's the man to beat Justin Trudeau, the addition of O'Leary to the race and conservatism in Canada.
