Geoff "The Hummer" Hall ladies and gentleman boys and girls children of all ages we present to you one of Ireland's most popular fighters. Geoff has been on the Irish MMA scene for what seems like an eternity and has been involved in some of the most memorable walkouts and fights since his debut. Geoff, in this episode discusses his reinvention into the Hummer 2.0, his comeback from crippling mental health issues his move to middleweight also his diet and training regime changes, oh and the outstanding YouTube video. Geoff is simply one of the best in the Irish game and has still has a lot to give to the sport. This was an amazing chat which could have lasted hours, this like so many will need to be revisited at some point.
