I have been thinking about this question for a while now.  Does happiness = success or is it success that make you happy? and I have done some research on the topic to help me discuss the topic and have come up with all kinds of answers and once again there is no right or wrong answer. It  is great to know that success equals happiness also happiness equals success it's just how you feel about life and also where you are in life.  But once again it's all about becoming a better person to help the world become better..  enjoy listening.

She is taking life on day by day and is making it look easy to most. This  week episode  I have a great talk with a home town friend about understanding that life has struggles and we have to keep moving during the good and the bad times and not focus on the past but learn from it.

In this episode I will talk about using your energy and time right instead of wasting good energy on bad things also getting a understanding  how others perceive living out there days, it's not easy but life is always about getting better.

The concept of this episode is to began to listen more to yourself and others in oder to understand how the progress affects better life choices and paths. By doing so this opens up positive gateways and habits to a better future. 

In this week's episode I will take a look at habits and how much better life can begin to get by just changing our habits day by day .  You don't  have to do everything at once, start cutting thing out or just cutting down on some things. It will all help in becoming a better version of us  .

Another great week, another blessed week and it still was hard for me to keep my focus so lets talk about it.  What was the things that I did to keep my focus and to keep understanding that I may lose my focus. It's alright if that happens, there has to be some discipline in getting back on track when you lose your focus.
