Geoffrey Watson is based in Melbourne, Australia. He is currently one of the selected “Kickstart” artists. We met at the Arts Centre to speak about his project amongst other things including:

- who is included in the world of aspiration

- anxiety causing modes of engagement

- entering a the safe space of “theatre”

- giving celebrities too much credit

- homo-normative as a social construct

- rejection of the status-quo

- donating your remains to art
